are you sure that your 4g provider support sms via 4g? most of operators doesn't (4g is for traffic and video calls). sxt lte, wap lte (version with modem) have only 4g modem (not 3g + 4g)

there are 2 models ( actually 3, the third is for US)
wAP LTE kit - with lte modem and wAP lte R - with out modem. try to find more information about modem in wap lte kit - if it doesn't support 3g or 2g (also not every modem support sms) you can buy wap R and mini-PCI lte modem with sms support and with suport of 2-3G
