Hello

at 12v does anyone know how many mw a rb252 would draw with one or 2 cm9/r52s installed?

Here is amperage at 12v. Get out a calculator or sharpen a pencil to covert to watts.
rb532+cm9+sr5
cm9 on
sr5 on
12vdc
.32 amp cm9 bandwidth test 37mbps
.24-.29 amp cp9 regular ping
.22-.29 amp cm9 all idle
.22 sr5 disabled

Thats not much power at all :-)

Would you happen to know sr5 running bandwidth test?

I didn't think you used ros for wireless, have you been converted? :-)

Yes. .32 is 320ma. We do a little bit of router-OS wireless for specific situations. Mostly still using Alvarion and Trango. I just inserted a digital multimeter inline with a wallwart to get the power measurements.

I also have a digital multimeter, would it be hard to explain what setting you use to measure? I understand they may be all different
