As it is known most of Mikrotik devices support 1000BASE SFP fiber modules but not 100BASE.

Is this limitation comes from hardware, firmware or software?

Mostly it's hardware limitation. Right now only devices with combo interface support 100BASE over fiber: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/MikroTik ... iber_links

There are no plans to implement 100M transceiver support to other devices, at least for now..
