Mikrotik QRT VS DynaDish

Hello,
can someone please write differences between QRT 5ac and DynaDish 5ac.
What are practical differences between them (ignoring license, mounting and size).

What are practical advantages/diferences of one over other one.
Why is qrt more expensive ?
Does it have better antenna for PtMP ? back side radiation is lower ?

I've been using both (+10 pcs of each, <5km links, mostly PtP) but I have not found noticable performance differences.

Hi,

the Antenna Pattern are the difference, and the device shielding to the back.
QRT works better in noisy environment.
But both Antennas has big side lobes, and asymetric pattern.
we are waiting for this one, because of small side lobes an high antenna gain in hole spectrum:

Another advantage, we need not to change antenna in error case.
And it will be easy to go with wave 2 and 802.11ax with the same Antenna.
And Mikrotik M11G is nice board with high Cpu power.

I Hope we will see support for this:

So QRT is better in noise area. ok.
Have you tried to test qrt/dyna vs netmetal+other anntena in same conditions ?
Does rf elements antenna show noticeable performance upgrade vs qrt/dyna.

no test yet.

They are brand new and il waiting for receive my preorder from distribution.
they are anounced for Q2-2017 and we still wait for it......
Then i will test it as exchange for Dynadish an QRT and mant30

We just love the changeable board in this quick removeable twist port adapter.
We have loved this feature on Horn Antennas.
One Spare fit for all needs.

If you want to upgrade board or exchange one with error, antenna stays Mounted and alligned.....
just a job for 5 minutes, and with minimum down time.
On high masts without any tools.
No pigtails with water...

Hi nordex,

with 30dBm in EU TP-400 is enough you will stay about -65db received signal,
that is good if you have enough space for TP-550 it will even better.

2x TP 400 / 550
2x Routerboard Adapter V2
2x M11g
2x R11e-5HacD
(could be replaced with wave 2 or 802.11ax later, cheap upgrade...)
