Main and Auxiliary fans of CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+

Sat Jan 13, 2018 7:01 am

Hi!
I've recently bought a CCR1009-7G-1C-S+ and I've noticed in System -> Health that auxiliary fan is working. When I set main fan to run it comes back to auxiliary fan.
Is it normal in this model? I've tried with switching the wire to the second power and it behaves exactly the same way.

Thanks,
Juan Ignacio

I have this question too.

Can anyone share their experience how MikroTik deal with main/auxiliary fan?

I leave the default setting which is fan auto & main.

But the running fan is auxiliary.

What determines auxiliary fan to be running here?

Hello, with this model is normal FAN Speed? I think so high and strange sounds. Sometimes FAN have 8005 rpm. Router working about 1 year.

This is not normal. Today one fan is creaking a lot. Turnover over 7300 rpm. Router works about 15 months, terrible!!
