I have a problem with 4 sxt faulty wireless card

the last fault happened at customer house where during first power up few seconds and electricity went off and the wireless card got corrupted and doesn't appear in the interfaces

how can I fix it even though I tried netinstall and new firmware but seems it is a hardware problem
