ethernet port speed advertising

Mon Jun 11, 2018 9:39 pm

I have a question for all. I have a cloud core 1036 running 6.37.2 currently with 2 UBNT AF5x's running on it and a bunch more radios but these are the important ones. Currently one unit is functioning normal with the eth port at gig speed and on the status page both the MT and the AF5x show 1000 advertised link speed. The second AF5x is only running at 100 and only shows 100 for link advertised speeds on the status page. The part that is confusing me is on a third MT port I have an older Rocket M5 radio which is only 10/100 ethernet capable but the MT still show 1000 as an option on the link advertised speed section. What is the criteria the MT uses for what will show up on the status page? The option is checked on the ethernet tab of all ports to advertise 1000. Also the AF5x has a cable snr measurment which is showing up as 28 and 29 indicating it thinks the cable is good and the cable test from the MT says cable ok. Any thoughts?
