Absolutely no connection

Hi,

I recently bought a RB3011 and have the following problem:

the manual says, I should connect my PC to ports 2 - 10 and then try to connect to 192.168.88.1 for configuration. But this does not work. I have set my IP adress to the same network and entered the correct gateway and everything else but nothing seems to help.
I also tried to connect via Winbox by entering the MAC adress of the ethernet port. But I cant get a connection there too. It seems like the RB just dont want to be configured. I already resetted the board. Netinstall isn't working, too, btw. It just does not show up in the devices list.

Does someone here have an idea how to solve this?
