I have a Router 2011UI
This Router has it 10 ports
frist ports 1-5 on switch1-6-10 on switch2
Port 6 to 10 have no problems
But
Ports 1 to 5 have problems and are not running
Router update the latest version
please help me to resolve

What shows the status of the port (1-5) when connected to another working network device?

Most likely the problem is in the settings.
