boot problems

hello, i have sxt 5nd r2 router
when i turn it on, i see the user LED always flash and the LED under the user LED is on ,the ethernet connection is died and the connection LED is off
i turn it off and i press the reset button and then i turn it on,the user led stop flashing then i leave the reset button , the user led is off and the connection status LED start or we can say that the router start normally
when i reboot it, the same issue start with the same solution
any help please????? i think it's a software issue :(

Start the router with the reset button.

Once it is running, use "/system routerboard upgrade"

Then try reboot again.

It doesn't work for the command you gave to me
I put it in the terminal and it gave me "successfully"
The problem still exist

Try replacing the power source if you are using a PoE injector. If you use a switch with PoE support, you should look at the parameters in real time of the load state in different modes of operation. There may be a problem with the power supply in the switch, which began to produce insufficient power through the PoE port.
This problem can occur when the modulation mode of the transmitter is turned on, after the operating system has booted.

I tried everything
I changed the cable, the adapter… it doesn't work
My last solution was to buy a new mikrotik
