So I got some faulty devices batch that did not have a license preloaded on it. This resulted in RB4011 locking itself out after 24h of operations. The Ethernet Ports got dead and factory defaults reset did not help. I had to use Netinstall to re-flash the firmware.. then I had to provide SN/SID in order to get an activation code from supplier..
