Probably a silly question, but the specification PDF says the SXT LTE kit has a 60 degree 9 dBi antenna... is this MIMO like the other SXT devices?
LTE category 4 implies 2x2 MIMO. Note that with LTE devices, 2x2 MIMO is realized as dual polarization MIMO (polarization planes shifted by 90 degrees) in 99.99% cases as it works well even for symetric pattern antennae (horizontal and vertical patterns similar, as it is case with dish and most Yaggi or log-periodic antennae).
Also note that advertised gain (7 dBi or more) is there for "high bands" (1800-2700 MHz). For low bands (800 and 900 Mhz), actual gain is sub 2dBi and for US 700 MHz band gain is sub-zero. Which sucks big time. There are much better antennae available on the market, although not as "professionally looking" (i.e. a log-periodic antenna with gain of 11-15 dBi in the whole low-high frequency range).
