crs317-1g-16s-rm Fault LED

Mon Feb 11, 2019 7:18 pm

Hi,

I have been looking around and I can not seem to find any documentation on what the Fault LED is indicating. Currently I am using a new crs317-1g-16s-rm and it is in swOS mode. The red fault light turns on at some point but I am unsure as to why. I do not see any logs or my searches have not yielded any fruit yet.

I am wondering if it is because only one of the PSU is plugged in and it shows the other as not working or if there may be some other issue. If anyone could help shed some light on this indication it would be much appreciated.

Kind Regards

It would appear that may be the issue. I connected up the secondary PSU and the fault light has not returned.

So this is not the issue. Anyone know how to track down the issue in swOS there appears to be a serious lack of any logging or documentation.

I'm not familiar with SwOS, but if you can turn on the additional logging options as shown here, perhaps you can see something.
