I have a problem with a RB2011iL-IN.

After loading a backup image, made on another RB2011iL-IN (same RouterOS version, same packages), the router restarts approx. every 17 seconds. All ETH lights light up, then the beeper makes some it usual startup sounds, and there it goes again.
Holding one off the two reset buttons doesn't help. The external reset button delays the startup, but nothing else happens. The internal reset hole doesn't work at all.

It does not react to ping, but it does show dhcp requests on eth1 while booting:

The Windows PC, my Linux laptop with tcpdump and the RB2011 are all connected to a "dumb" netgear switch.

It seems to me that NetInstall should be able to bring life back into this router, but I don't get it to work. I have NetInstall running on a windows PC with fixed IP 192.168.88.2, but it doesn't see anything. The Windows Firewall is turned off. Anything else I could do to convert this doorstop into a working router again?
