is S-RJ01 compatible with other vendors switches, like TP-LINK? Switch shows port is UP, but no traffic.

to answer myself ... it works. But I had to change Duplex settings of SFP port. By default it is Full duplex and I had to change it to Auto. It negotiates to Full duplex anyway, but it had to be Auto.
