Hi,
I'm having a hard tying to understand which PoE injector should I use for it? Does it require Mikrotik-branded injector or I can use any 802.3af injector available? Did not anticipated any poblems and bought TP-Link TL-POE150S and it does not work.

hAP ac² only supports Passive PoE, so it's not compatible with the type of injector you've bought.

So, I need 24V passive PoE injector with PSU which provides 18 W or more.
Did I get it right?

Yep, the required voltage to power hAP ac² via PoE-in is 18-28V, so a passive PoE injector with 24V PSU should work just fine. When in doubt, the product page is your best friend:
https://mikrotik.com/product/hap_ac2.
Edit: You can actually get yourself just a proper injector, as you should be able to use the standard PSU that was shipped with your device also in conjunction with PoE injector.
