If use USB 5v power in , the LTE will be disappeared, and noise sound from the router board near the GPS module, it's normal? DC and POE in don't have this problem

Stated max power consumption is 9W ... which is 1.8A @ 5V. Can your power adapter supply such current? Even micro USB connector (and port) might have hard time to pass such high current.

That's right, try a higher power USB adapter and a better quality cable.

I'm sure the AC adapter support 5v2a and the cable was quality good.

I has test the "LTAP MINI" mini-pcie`s 3.3v power pin,if use 5V usb in,the 3.3V pin was about 1.8V to 2.9V and not stable,if power in DC,the power pin was 3.3V and stable;but the "LTAP MINI LTE" KIT mini-pcie have stable 3.3V when usb power in

Most likely it is a hardware related problem, we suggest to contact a distributor/reseller you bought a device from and ask for RMA.
