CRS317-1G-16S+ is near to death strange log

my config export looks like:

# software id = XGQC-96PW
#
# model = CRS317-1G-16S+
# serial number = 7A1XXXX
#error exporting /interface mesh
#error exporting /interface ovpn-client
#error exporting /interface bridge
#error exporting /interface ppp-client
#error exporting /interface ethernet
#error exporting /interface pppoe-client


It happend from one day to another.
-) Winbox is permanently logging in and out
-) there are no Interfaces present (not via CLI not via winbox)
-) Switch is working no outage on services
-) i am unable to pull support.riff stucks around 56%
-) unable to extract backupfile.

I am lucky that i have a secound one on stock ...

what u guys think to do? Try a reboot? Someone with same experience? Switch was working for about 1 year ....

Do you have an updated Dude server on your network?
It may be Dude doing this.

Sounds either that some process has died, or the filesystem has gone corrupted.

not in the network - i have dude running at home on my router monitoring this device...
u mean dude is crashing the switch ?



i am arrived no in my datacenter and hey switch got rebooted by something - all ok again - now i was able to pull a support.rif with information. I opend a Ticket at MT ..

how can i check the filesystem or flash ? in disks there is nothing ....

Yesterday I got feedback from MikroTik on my ticket.
They can’t see more than me ... funny the ask if I have serial Console log at time of issue.. this is little disappointing because who does this - we are no testing lab ...

Positiv is that the Switch came back to life it self - negativ how often will it happen again ? I never had this with some other vendor before.

If someone had same or similar experience please contact me.

System -> Packages -> Check installation.

Try to do a Netinstall.

Most probably you can't recover your config.
