Ubiquiti nanostation M5 to mikrotik qrt

Please who can help me out here I need to lock ubiquiti nanostation M5 to mikrotik qrt as Ap , I have tried more than 5times it doesn't pass any traffic after locking to qrt , and no sign of connection it's only shows the AP Mac address
