I have an unmanaged Netgear GS116LP switch

Further from the switch via POE, hEX s is powered on the first port, WAN on the second port is connected to the device from the provider (Kazaktelecom Huawei HG8245h in bridge mode).
There are three AP cAP ac are also connected via POE to the switch - everything is fine.
Everything is configured by CAPsMAN. Version 6.47.1
Now the actual problem. Latest hAP ac^2 device
1. through the adapter microtik gigabit connected on the switch to both the normal and POE port - it gives out 100 Mbps
2.connected already normally via the power supply unit to the device itself to any switch port - 100 Mbps
3.connected via a gigabit microtik on hES s to both the normal and POE port - 100 Mbps
4. And now I connected it via the power supply unit to the device itself and in hEX s to any port. now gives out 1 gbps.
on hAP ac2 in the interface section I removed the check marks from 100 Mbps 10 Mbps, leaving only 1000. The connection is simply lost.

any ideas?
