I am thinking of buying a layer 3 switch and a Mikrotik router for my small business.
My requirements are :
Currently we are having a Internet plan of 100mbps and in future we are thinking of upgrading it to 500mbps max.
Five VLANS:
VLAN 10: Employees
VLAN 20: Managing Directors and their printers
VLAN 30: CCTV Devices and NAS for storing footages
VLAN 40: Guest WIFI which only have internet access
VLAN 50: Linux Server
I want to also enable inter-vlan routing where VLAN 10,20 can access the VLAN 50.
In total we are having 20 users on LAN and I think about 25 users on guest Wifi.

Products am considering to buy are :
Router ; https://mikrotik.com/product/RB750Gr3
Switch ; https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/s ... model.html

And can I know about the warranty terms of mikrotik router in INDIA ??

.
You could improve the performance of the Linux server access by putting VLAN10 and VLAN20 on it's ethernet adaptor directly. This would make it switched access, not routed which would be slower.

Your small business’s hardware includes your desktop and laptop computers, servers, printers, portable storage devices, video cards, and telephony systems. Basically, any type of physical tech product falls into this category.
Since these items can take up a significant portion of your IT budget, it’s important to consider new purchases carefully. But there are some considerations that apply to many of these purchases https://factorforyou.com/small-business ... companies/. Before actually beginning your search, come up with a list of essential features that your business uses regularly. Each product will likely have different options available. So make sure that your list and the product’s features are compatible.
