Brand new RB260GSP powering 4 CAP AC

I was at the edge of taking an axe and .....
I don't have time to explain all the story but on the RB260GSP, all ports gave power to the CAP AC's but no link or it negotiated at 10Mb or 100Mb, only 1 port gave 1Gb link, tried to change cables with no luck. I need it badly tomorrow and it will not arrive in time if I order another one.
After removing the plastic cover and only touching the CPU heatsink the link was changing. I have a heat gun station, applied some flux and resoldered the CPU. All ports are working now at 1Gb/s
