seek help

Software upgrade makes the equipment work unstable. Now I want to upgrade or downgrade other versions, but I can't finish it. Uploading multiple other versions doesn't work. I don't know the problem there.

Please ask if there is any other way, thank you.

My hardware is rb2011uas

If you run into problems, you might want:
  1. export your configuration (/export file=anythingyoulike)
  2. Save file to local computer
  3. Reset RB to defaults
  4. Upgrade
  5. upload config file
  6. import your configuration (/import file=anythingyoulike)
Do you get any errors (check in the log)?
First the problem, then the solution

It's been tried. It can't solve the problem

It is estimated that it was caused by a problem when upgrading the system
If you run into problems, you might want:
  1. export your configuration (/export file=anythingyoulike)
  2. Save file to local computer
  3. Reset RB to defaults
  4. Upgrade
  5. upload config file
  6. import your configuration (/import file=anythingyoulike)
Do you get any errors (check in the log)?

Attempt to install failed to detect a device in etherboot mode
It is found that the ether1 interface is unable to log in to winbox, but it works normally as a WAN port
