Are some nRAY defective (low signal)

Sat Mar 27, 2021 5:47 am

We installed a nRAY to replace a LHG 60G and found that the signal decreased by more than 10dB.
We removed the nRAY and installed a different nRAY and the signal returned to normal.
To make sure, we tried the bad nRAY again and it still has a problem.

Anybody encounter other nRAY devices with low TX/RX signal?

Could you tell me if there is much difference in the signal between the nray working one and LHG 60g?

I have a Nray over a NLOS which is great at weather predicting lol.

Regards

Paul

Thats suprising, i thought it would be down on the LHG 60G.

Just remember to put some amalgamanting tape on the ethernet inlet to stop any water getting in.
