So I have the router listed in the subject and when plugging in power, it does not power up. I have isolated the issue down to the MOSFET which controls on/off power flow. Jumping across the MOSFET, the switch powers up and boots perfectly into RouterOS. Looks like at the gate of the MOSFET, there is is 23V to 24V. Wondering if there is a short somewhere in the gate control circuitry or if I am just missing something.
Is there any way to get help with schematics or getting what voltages should be to the MOSFET's gate and other test points which control the gate's signal? WOuld be a shame to throw away a perfectly good switch just because of a couple of bad but replaceable components.
