Level 6 from level 4

We bought RouterBoard with RouterOS level 4 from some resseler some time ago. Now, we want to install RouterOS level 6 on that board so we ask resseler for help. They told us they need current soft id and exported key, so we sent them. Afterthat, they sent us new key with same soft-id, but after pasting new key into the router we received message:

ROUTER HAS NO SOFTWARE KEY
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Your router does not have any valid key.
Please, get valid key from http://www.mikrotik.com
and enter it at "System | License".

If you already have paid for this license, please,
press "Update Key" in "License Window"

Router will stop functioning after 23h and 50m if no valid key is entered.

Current installation "software ID": [sof-id]
-------------------------------------------------------------------

We have paid for this licence and when we press upgrade button we got message to type for username and password?!

Please for help, which is fastest way to obtain and install new level 6 licence?

Hai,
yes, you must purchase new key level 6
please, send mail to sales[at]mikrotik.com and give them your software instalation ID.
and you must paste valid key before expired time or use reinstall again.
