RB411 restart

I RB411 with AR5211A
the router restarts when enable card
routeros tested
3.3 3.6 3.7 3.8 3.9
bios 2.13 2.14
:(

tested five RB411

with RB133 and RB133c works well

Power supply is not strong enough.

i have tested dc 19v 4,7A the router restarts when enable card

RB133 works well dc 18v 0.8A

According to the manual

NOTE: that RB411 currently does not support Senao 8602 cards, Atheros
AR5211 or older chipset and Prism chipset based cards.

There was a thread where someone was using an older card and it was rebooting on them.

Used 8602 (AR5312), 3601/3602 (AR5212) without any problem.
Is it true 411 doesnt support older chipsets? I don't see that written in the user guide.

nmp-8602 is ok for me...
but board is very hot, no heatsink attached
