We ran across that problem back when we had RB600s in stock, but they have been on Back Order for so long that I forgot the exact answer.

Have you downloaded the latest Winbox from Mikrotik's web site or are you running an old version? That fixed one of my access problems in Routerboards running version 3.x RouterOS.

If that doesn't fix the problem, try a Netinstall but also download and use the latest.

If that doesn't work, you will probably have to flash new firmware to it.

All of these skills are usefull to learn if you are using RouterBoards in your business. And Netinstall is pretty simple and useful once you get the hang of it.

MAC-Telnet into the board from another working RB.....

/system/reset-config

The board will come back with a default IP of 192.168.88.1 on the Ether1 Port

Load ROS 3.10 - reconfigure and you're good to go....

Hope this helps
