Re-install with Netinstall (see Wiki) and make sure not to keep the configuration, then try again. After that contact your re-seller.

And apparently no solution ... try everything ... in the end the only thing I did is to contact my vendor and request RMA ..... Wait a few weeks until they send me a new RB750G ..... ... I recommend you check with your vendor .....
