Which port are you connecting to? Is Ethernet activity LED shining? How you determine that there is no connection?

There no Ethernet activity LED. Just PWR , ACT and port LEDs. If ACT led not turn off RB hang in BIOS stage.

1) connect internet port 1
2) connect computer port 2-5
3) auto DHCP
4) Power ON

ACT Lead Green

Ports 1 - 2-5 Does not blink, patch cord is corrected.
