I need to upgrade my border router to meet my actual an future traffic, take in care this scenario:

1. Up to 40mbps of traffic (30mbps downstream / 10mbps upstream)
2. About 50 mangle rules in layer 3 and 4.
3. A few layer 7 packet taggin, with regular expresions.
4. Queue tree, traffic priorization.
5. OSPF for a small network.

What hardware apply for this specs?
I don't wan't to use a regular PC with routeros.

You should be able to get away with a faster 400 series RouterBoard. Look at the routerboards: rb450G, rb493AH or rb493G. These have plenty of RAM for any size of OSPF network, and enough CPU to handle your rules & packet rate.

The rb1100 would be needed if you were planning on getting a full BGP routing table from your upstream ISP. The rb1100 (or rb1000) would also give you more CPU capacity for more rules and queues.

Actually i'm using an rb450g with 80% cpu load.

Sorry for recommending an invalid solution; I rarely do that many Layer 7 rules, and when I do they are on my x86 PC routers instead. If your current rules and packet rate (pps uses more CPU than mbps) is using 80% on the faster rb450G, then a rb1100 would be a better fit for you.

Actually it looks like the rb800/rb1100 (and rb1000 if you can find it) are your only upgrade options if you don't want a PC based router. If you find you don't get enough speed from the new router (or want to keep your rb450g), then you would need to optimize your filtering rules & queues to be simpler and less demanding on the CPU.
