Try to reset SXT and reinstall by Netinstall.

Open SXT door and look for S1400 [Reset button],

This button has three functions. Hold the button, then apply power. Depending on when you
release the button, it will do these things:
• release immediately (0-5 seconds) after starting the device to load backup bootloader
• release when user LED starts to flash to reset RouterOS (5-10 seconds)
• release after user LED stops flashing to start Etherboot (Netinstall) mode
(10+ seconds)

Number 2 and 3 are the options, that you have to try.

Press the S1400 button, and then connect the PoE cable. Wait for almost 10 seconds, and then release it.

It may boot from netinstall

If not, you may have a hardware issue

NieX not forget to set the IP address on your NIC and net booting (Boot Server Enabled, cliente IP address)
make sure Netinstall is not blocked by your firewall or antivirus.

Anyone know why some of my sxt become dumb??????

Thank you very much greetings
sorry for my English

hello, in 3 sxt had this problem, all as described Khalid.
In total I have 30 SXT installed.
3 with this problem and I have 2 with its port flaping or dead.
Total 30 SXT installed, 5 SXT with problems, is a very high percentage.
I need to know how I can prevent this from happening to my SXT.
All tienenla see 5.21.
I await your response, thank you very much.

I had this happen to me 2 times, both my fault.
When I get the new unit, I drop a script in the terminal.
2 lines where:
/system routerboard upgrade
y
I have removed this from my script.
Before doing the routerboard upgrade you need to do an OS upgrade.

The blinking led can be fixed by holding the reset button for about 5
seconds while powering the unit on. then do a os upgrade to the newest
version.

I have like 25 sxts which are bricked, leds are on but nothing else. Ethernet doesnt see it, netinstall as well. Are these going back to the r&d or is there anything that we can do to fix this issue? thanks
