Use link to get access to SXT,
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/First_time_startup

Connect Ethernet cable from your laptop to SXT directly.
Disable any other network interface (wireless for example).
Run Winbox on the laptop, click on ''..." to discover MikroTik routers in your network.
SXT will be shown there.

Try to reset SXT board, reset is the option you need,

Use Reset button - S1400 This button has three functions. Hold the button, then apply power. Depending on when you
release the button, it will do these things:
• release immediately (0-5 seconds) after starting the device to load backup bootloader
• release when user LED starts to flash to reset RouterOS (5-10 seconds)
• release after user LED stops flashing to start Etherboot (Netinstall) mode
(10+ seconds)

Then try to access RouterBOARD one more time.
