Preserving RouterOS License

i currently have an RB532 with routerOS level 5 and i want to expirment with other operating systems. Is the any way to preserve my RouterOS license for later re-install?

edit: on a RB500 the license will be preserved, no matter what os you put on there, when you put routeros back, the license will work

But you could try to test your other OS booting from a CompactFlash card - not installing it into the onboard flash...
