RB333 with replaced LAN chip.

Hello! After repair LAN of RB333 i want to update firmware / software, but after install RB won`t boot :(

On RouterOS 4.17 don`t have this problem, for now i cannot access the board, netinstall dont work.
Can i do something by myself to get this RB works again? fwf via RS-232 dont resolve problem.
