rb1200 port names

Thu Aug 23, 2012 4:04 pm

Hello, I got a new rb1200ah and uploaded a config from a 450g and all the port names are screwed. Port 1 is port 5 etc. Its a real mess. Basically impossible to config with switch etc. Is this a problem copying config across from a 450. I haven't yet set one up as new unit?

rb1200 port names

Even when moving config from RB1100 to RB1100AHx2 this happens - we got around it by manually editing the interface section of the rsc file. I used a normal export, then replaced the Ethernet MAC addresses with those of the new board and manually re-ordered them so they were in the 1100AHx2 order and not the 1100 order.
