I wish someone from Mikrotik explain the next thing?
We have two mikrotik devices:
SXT Lite2 estimeted price 49$
RB711-2HN estimeted price 45$
SXT Lite2 device in the first place has a more powerful processor and more memory, it is also in the external box with antenna and comes with a PoE power supply, also must be taken into consideration that the RB we get in a bag and SXT a fully packed.
my guess is that it adds at least 15$ on device value.
when everything was calculated RB711-2HN should cost no more than 35$ per this logic.
The same can be said for the RB711-5HN-In and SXT Lite5 devices with the difference that my assessment of the maximum value for the RB711-5HN-U is about $ 40 considering weaker radio than sxt5.
No need to explain to me how these prices evolved over the last few years.
I just want to say that it is more profitable to buy SXT version of the device mount sma connectors (no more than 1$ per conn.) than to take RB variants.
