Distributors should have info about it for a while now. Try to pressure themSo, any foresights? He can't have this product, since we have not sent out any, and we haven't shown any prototypes to anybody.

dont make me crazy......i have two rb 912...this is one of my rb912...im from iraq....laithmikrotik this is not the product they are talking about. You have a Stationbox, it's different.
oh my god. sorry ..but the stationbox is very cheap here in iraq ..it is about 18$+ connectors( free )Yes, Stationbox with RB912 inside. But Stationbox is not made by MikroTik. Above posters talking about this product: http://www.mikrotik.com/download/share/RB912_OUT_5.pdf

This is normal. Mikrotik Support says: Ask the distributors they know.So. what's happening????
Well, nice for you. I asked my provider in Poland and according to them they recieved no information whatsoever about new products yet. But maybe I have to ask them again to ask MT....Normis is right, as how can they be responsible for shipping and distributors ordering. Here is a local supplier who received stock today a lot farther from Latvia than you are http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/prod ... ts_id=1462
Really? I'll bet some on this forum do not agree with you. And I must say communications could definately be better at times. Would'nt be the first time I just never, or after many days only, get an answer on questions I send through the support channel.but for communication they are the best out there. Their whole logistics is incredibly efficient in comparison to other suppliers.
The simple things I can handle myself.....Rudy, you mostly ask complicated questions that involve intensive testing and reproduction of difficult configurations. Of course this takes longer.
What kind of answer is this? This is 5Ghz unit. I am asking about 2,4Ghz unit....
RP-SMA ir correct! But, one question. On routerdoard.com homepage it has 2xRPTNC, but when You open the link it says two RPSMA. Regarding the picture, it should be PRSMA, but what is true?
Thanks. I saw that You already change it on routerboard.comRP-SMA ir correct!
You can already put a 2GHz wireless card inside, as there is one free miniPCIe slot.2,4Ghz unit? Available when?
No, it's simply not available yetYeah, I can also buy something else...
I mean, the brochere clearly states 'both 2,4 and 5 versions available' So what happened? 2,4Ghz is put on a side track?
Where are those Routerboard mini PCI-E modules? These should have been released in may but routerboard.com does not even mention those? You can already put a 2GHz wireless card inside, as there is one free miniPCIe slot.2,4Ghz unit? Available when?
Not available yet. You can buy another miniPCI-e modules. For example Gigabyte b/g GN-WI01GTWhere are those Routerboard mini PCI-E modules? You can mount it on the same mast, just below the antenna. You will just need little longer cables to connect it.HI, i have a question did anyone has a solution to fit RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT on ubiquiti antennas ?
Mikrotik do you plan to have such a mounting bracketr ? I though it would ideally fit into ubnt antennas but it doesn't ,and chains are reversed.
Pawel
What do you mean with "chains are reversed"? How can they be 'reversed'?HI, i have a question did anyone has a solution to fit RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT on ubiquiti antennas ?

we have extensively tested this, there is no stress on the cable, you can safely use the cover. if you leave the top off, connectors are exposed to the rain, it depends on how you cover them.Just a question about the RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT. Is it fine to leave the top part off?
I really don't want to bend the LMR's to make the cover part fit..
In SXT chain 0 is Horizontal but you can't connect to ubnt antenna with leds on visible side becauseWhat do you mean with "chains are reversed"? How can they be 'reversed'?
So, if I understand well, you buy a unit in an outdoor casing, made for use outdoor, and than complain about its use indoor?? From what planet are you? Finally I've just received my RB-912 outdoor.......
Ok, not bad for outdoor, but I'm very disappointed using it indoor: there would be a smaller case in the future for indoor use?
On documentation aren't there available drawings, so the only way was to buy enclosure; on forum I've only heard outdoor enclosure it's "similar" to metalllic one (I suppose CA series), but what does "similar" exactly mean???So, if I understand well, you buy a unit in an outdoor casing, made for use outdoor, and than complain about its use indoor?? If you want similar powerfull router for indoor, buy an indoor unit. tjeehh, some people.....

Then it's the only one enclosure I've seen (from MT) using DIN rail support and specific for RB912.
Have you ever seen DIN rail used outdoor? Me not.
I hope MT will provide in the future for DIN rail indoor enclosures.
Have you considered other products that we have? For indoor, the RB951 is quite small. As oudoor, enclosure it's nice but there aren't suitable cases for indoor.
In this specific case (RB912) I have all-in-one routerboard plug-n-play (I use it with 3G card), so what's else?
I just think outdoor enclosure it's bigger than other routers brands to use indoor, enclosures with DIN mount are usually used as indoor.
But outdoor enclosure it's the only one available....
...but with no 3G card. For indoor, the RB951 is quite small.
It has USB port for 3G...but with no 3G card. For indoor, the RB951 is quite small.
I already use RB951 with USB modem, but it's for other applications then RB912+3G card.
