Hello,

please upgrade your CCR to recently released v6.0 it includes some improvements

Hello,

in supout file I see that you have auto-negation disabled on SFP ports, please
enable it and then re-plug sfp modules in CCR. Check if you get link after you
have performed these actions.

Have you tried using an SFP module that is not Cisco/Cisco-compatible (ie a generic module)? I have tested with a generic SFP on a CCR and not had any issues. Might also be worth trying to disable CDP on the port on the Cisco switch and make sure that if the port is in err-disable state to reset it or shut/no-shut the port to clear the error.
