hello sir please he help me because i am new with mikrotik, i have a GrooveA 52HPn and want it configure in repeater mode, but my local support told that i cant do this because there is not such an option in this device is this true?
let me explain what i want to do, about 500meter away from my home i want receive internet from Ap of my friend, in client mode GrooveA 52HPn working perfectly but in client mode i must have to put Ethernet cable from GrooveA 52HPn to my laptop. my problem is i want use it wireless not over Ethernet. please solve this thankssssssssssssss.

That is true if you are mix-matching vendors. If you are using all MikroTik devices you can do it.
