crs125-24g-1s switch problem

Thu Jan 30, 2014 8:09 pm

I have 3 crs125-24g-1s-rm with optical transmitters.
While I understood why links down and up (http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?t=80880) showed more serious problems.
1. Does not work on auto negotiation on ports sfp. Cost failed. Force change port to 10/100/1000Mbps not remove failed . Caption full duplex does not appear , it seems firmware is not working normal with the ports sfp.

2 . There are lags in the network. When the load on the CRSs cpu 10-20% and the total network load to 80Mbit ( All ports are slaves to one master) pings standart packet size between network devices connected to the ports of one! CRS and reach up to 500ms . That is, when I copy the file of 500MB with the laptop connected to the CRS, a neighbor from the server connected to the same CRS can not send a print to a network printer connected to the same CRS.

Yep. I have the same issues and reported it already to support. Krisjanis is in touch with me on this. Tested also ROS v6.8 test build and it's the same. (Ticket#2014012466000429)

Please send mail to support@mikrotik.com with supout file from your CRS and a bit more detailed description to what device you are trying to link CRS via fiber.

Wiki article with explanation on how to generate supout file:
