This is a very small number of bad blocks, and will not affect the device performance in any way. You should not be worried, this is acceptable. RouterOS doesn't use the blocks marked as bad.
which one of them disappeared configuration of VPNs.
please make sure you are running the latest RouterOS version 6.11, and send a supout.rif file to support. It is probably related to something else.

According to chip NAND manufacturer, this is acceptable number from NAND chip factory.

This is not related to your blocks. The bug is fixed in v6.12, you can email support and ask for test version, if it is very urgent.

Blocks don't disappear. The only explanation could be, that v5.26 doesn't count them correctly ...
