Acording to another post in the forum, one CCR with SFP+ slot can use SFP transceiver if you fix the rate to 1GB and disable autonegotiation.

It's not possible to make this with this CRS?

The SFP modules are recognized but the link is not working. I'm using the same modules and fiber wire that connects and work in two RB2011.


What the problem? I tryed LOW and HIGH in rate selection and 1GB or 100M full duplex without autonegotiation.

First port supports 1.25G/10G modules, second port only 10G modules.

Why the second is not compatible and why I'm not able to put the first one working?

Because of a hardware limitation, SFP+1 supports 1.25G and 10G modes, SFP+2 supports only 10G mode

I'm not able to put the SFP+ number 1 working at 1Gbps with your SFP module.

What I'm looking at.. is a Board with 2 SFP at 1 Gbps... there is only one with 36 core.. too expensive. I need a board to receive via fiber and send to other node via fiber also.

I hav a CCRXXXX36-4S in the main site and I have to move a fiber to node 1 and from node 1 to node 2.

Request: A cheaper board with more normal SFP, not SFP+.
