Surge protection (arrester) for antenna?

Tue Jul 22, 2014 1:03 pm

Hi, I've always used protection for antenna cables such this:

but after opened I've seen there is a 230 volt surge arrester.

Now I think 230 volt are too much for radio card input, aren't them?
What about change arrester with 75 volt one?
