I would like to ask CCR1036-8G-2S+EM able to handle this bandwidth and bandwidth management?
Internet Speed: 1Gbps speed dedicated direct internet to ISP
Desktop : 1000pcs desktop PC
Mobile users including Notebook, Mobile Phone, Ipad, Tablet : estimate 3000pcs
Need to allocate certain bandwidth for video conference, youtube, social networking, ban certain websites
Estimate around 5000 devices active at peak hours.

Besides, any recommend solutions for bandwidth? QoS? Per user limit?

It shouldnt break a sweat. I have one handling 600 queues, about 70 firewall rules, 500MB of traffic, natting on 4 networks, 14 vlans; with ospf and bgp routing. Don't think I've ever seen the cpu load above 4pct.
