Silly question Alert: Repeating a signal

I have noted some mikrotik pcie cards have two antenna (mmcx) can i use one antenna for backhaul and another antenna for client/customer link.will there be self-interferance with such a setup.i would like to repeat a signal without loosing half the bandwidth in the cheapest manner possible.ideas are welcome
