Poe swtich : Hp 1910-8g-Poe (180watt) + netmetal always poweroff

Hi all,
i'm trying use this swtich managment poe for power on 4 netmetal5.

But all always poweroff.

Someone have you experience with this swtich?

This switch is poe port 802.3at and 802.3af

NetMetals only support passive PoE, they do NOT support .3at/.3af.

it's possible force activation poe?

You can use this convertor -> 802.11af/at to pasive poe:

This switch is poe port 802.3at and 802.3af
if you read wikipedia you can understand poe 802.2at is 48 volts

if you read mikrotik manual or quick start guide you can understand that mikrotik uses 8-30 volt
