Dear Frds,

i have got a PTP wireless link having RB Metal 5SHPn at both end with 27 dbi grid antenna.

issue:

1) only frequencies in dark bold font ( Pic attached of Access point ) are workable, if i select any other frequency other then the bold font the link do not work, how ever i have selected superchannel as frequency mode in both radios

2) when i see wireless table it shows a separate WDS name while the default WDS name is = wds1 (Pic attached of Access Point)

(3) when i ping the station from Access point then there numerous timeout to the station ( Pic attached)

IP address of Access Point = 192.168.XXX.56

Ip address of Station is = 192.168.XXX.57

i m just not able to understand why it is happening, did i configure it wrong, kindly help, its urgent

Why you think that is necessary to hide 229 from the address? Can you check signal tab of both ends after at least 5 minutes of connection and at least 10mbits of sustained both way simultaneous traffic?
Can you check long-term spectral scan on both ends?

The bold are the usable channels.

Why are you using 802.11a on hardware that supports N?
It has much better range and is more robust.
