Can you install only wireless package from http://www.mikrotik.com/download ?
Download from MIPSBE - Extra Packages the file for 6.37.2 and extract it.
Then open winbox, go to Files and drag 'n' drop the Wireless package in files.
Then do a reboot.

Here is a note from 6.37 changelog:
"If you are not using "routeros" bundle package and have two wireless packages installed, uninstall one wireless package before upgrade to 6.37. For other cases simply upgrade to 6.37 version."

It means that if you have older RouterOS than 6.37 and have multiple separate wireless packages (for example, wireless-fp and wireless-cm2) installed, then you have to remove one of them and upgrade only afterwards.

I have uploaded
wireless-6.37.2-mipsbe.npk
and reboot the router.
After rebooting wlan1 interface appeared and it was disabled.
I have enabled it and its cofig is following:

[admin@MikroTik] /interface wireless> print
Flags: X - disabled, R - running
0 name="wlan1"
mtu=1500
l2mtu=1600
mac-address=E4:8D:8C:AB:xx:xx
arp=enabled
interface-type=Atheros AR9300
mode=ap-bridge
ssid="ICS mt1"
frequency=auto
band=2ghz-onlyn
channel-width=20mhz
scan-list=default
wireless-protocol=any
vlan-mode=no-tag
vlan-id=1
wds-mode=disabled
wds-default-bridge=none
wds-ignore-ssid=no
bridge-mode=enabled
default-authentication=yes
default-forwarding=yes
default-ap-tx-limit=0
default-client-tx-limit=0
hide-ssid=no
security-profile=default
compression=no

I can also scan other networks:
[admin@MikroTik] /interface wireless> scan
number: 0
Flags: A - active, P - privacy, R - routeros-network,
N - nstreme, T - tdma, W - wds, B - bridge

the problem now is that led indicator for wifi is off and i can not see SSID

I hope that there is some solution for this

Try to change the "Band" to 2GHz-B/G/N and the "Channel Width" to 20/40MHz Ce or Ec and see if the SSID appears.

Thanks a lot,
That solved my problem.
I have solved issue for WiFi led by changing settings for it in system->LEDs.
