Why every time when adding a new MAC to wireless access list all registration disconnects for a minute before connects again ?

would you help me on this

It is totally normal. When you have done changes in wireless interface it will refresh settings and wireless client will disconnect.

In access-list is more necessary because you need to check conditions of clients who would like to connect.

Well you might consider it "normal" but it is about as normal as rebooting for every config change.
Of course it would be possible to handle the addition of an access list item without disconnecting everyone.
It is even worse: when you have a number of virtual wlan interfaces and you change something on one of them, all the others
disconnect as well.
